International Messaging vs. International Messaging (text & picture)

Hi,

I’ve recently been offered an exclusive plan. However, it does not say “Unlimited International Messaging (text & picture)”, only “Unlimited International Messaging”. Is this just short form for the same thing, or would I be missing out on picture messaging by switching?
