Easy Roam how to activate it

I am in nl Canada my husband works in Spain, I added him to Easy Roam international from nl Canada, how do he activate it from Spain

You could ask him to restart the phone and see if the phone connects to a local roaming network.if it doesn't,try to reset network settings.

I assumed that account also had international voice and data roaming add-ons.

Thanks for replying,I will pass him the message tomorrow as it is 4 hours ahead, will he how he makes out in morning. Will keep you updated

Yes had everything on the plan, minutes, data and texting

@Bunny77 - Looks likes restarting the phone worked. I can see that the phone was finally able to connect to the network in Spain
