I would be travelling to the UK and India next week and hopefully some one can answer my query.

  • I would be adding the Easy Roam facility for the $15 per day
  • My existing plan has Unlimited Long Distance Pack (US, CN, HK, IN, MX, BD, UK)

My questions are:

  • While I am in the UK would I be charged for making any outgoing call within the UK?
  • While I am in the UK would I be charged for making any outgoing call to India?
  • While I am in the UK or in India would I be charged for making any outgoing call to Canada?
  • With Easy Roam, I am assuming all incoming calls would be free irrespective of the country where the call originated from? 

- Your unlimited long distance pack was only applied to calls originated from Canada. Ignore it when you are roaming.

- you can add easyroam in selfserve or text Roam to 7626. More here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/easyroam

- if you are using easyroam (could be expensive), you can make and receive calls to/from Canadian number as stated in your Koodo original plan (without any addon). If you have unlimited incoming calls in your plan, then you would have unlimited incoming calls while roaming. The link above should have much more explanation. Also, you can make/receive calls in the foreign country which you are roaming.
