Hi everyone Sadly my samsung made its way to phone heaven via my bathroom floor.  I am looking at an online deal with the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (128 GB, Cloud Navy) as it is Certified pre-owned and $1 a month. I have already paid off my current phone and would like to keep the plan I currently have aswell as the 5gb’s data add on I pay only an extra $1 a month for.  I turned off TabBasic in the menu to purchase this upgrade in the cart options but I dont see the add-on that was offered that I accepted beforehand. Is there a way to prompt this add-on into my cart so I can have the exact same plan with my new upgraded phone? My plan is currently 36$ a month for canada-wide call and text and 5gigs of data Best Regards Brandon

I signed up on the 27th for 50GB and an iPhone 11 for $45/month.  Its a $65/month plan with a $20 credit each month.  As long as I stay with Koodo for 2yrs, the phone is free.  Leave after a year, I owe $350 and so on.  Phone arrived, I set it up.  All OK.  My bill, not yet due, shows the plan is $65/month but does not mention the $20/month credit.  Should I be concerned or will it show up on the next billing cycle?  The agreement they sent, only mentions the $698 for the phone.  Nothing about the plan.  So I have nothing to show that I am supposed to get a $20/month credit.  Where can i find this please….   TIA

I am so disappointed that my ‘like new’ CPO iPhone 11 Pro has an after market replaced screen and is not genuine. Upon turning it on for your first time, I was greeted with notifications telling me just that, see attached. Why would Koodo not mention this?This is blatant false advertising on Koodo’s end - Customers need to be aware of these details and had I known I would have never purchased. This is now the second time this is happening, where I noticed something was off with the screen of my last CPO iPhone and the screen was incredibly buggy. Lucky for me this time my phone is actually telling me it’s a fake. Last time I had to pay to get out of my contract when the screen/phone was not worth a fraction of the cost paid and I do not want deal with that again.  I would appreciate if I could get this rectified ASAP. I just want a genuine apple screen and do not want to deal with any problems should this screen not work as intended over the course of the next 24 months (my contract).

I just received my first bill, it seems about $20 higher than what it should be. If I were to do calculation I think it would be approx$65 - 20 credit =45 * (25/31 (number of days in partial month))+ $15 + tax=  57.95 for dec-janand$65 - $20 bill credit + $15 device= 60 + tax= $67.8 for jan-feb for total of about  $126ishMaybe give or take a few bucks depending on how certain things are calculated.Am I missing some sort of discount?Here is image of relevent part of bill. So, the title is pretty self-explanatory, but I’ll elaborate.Last month I made my 24th and final payment ($29) towards my current tab and yet my current bill is still asking for a  $29 tab payment on top of my monthly plan.  If I go to check my tab balance in self serve, it even says that my tab balance is at $0. So what gives? 

OK First of all, I've been with koodo twice.. once by choice, and once was trapped into it. Both have been a nightmare. I upgraded my billing awhile ago, and have been getting double billed ever since ! About 6 months plus ago , I was at 234 dollars owing on my tab and that hasn't gone down any. Then with the upgrade, got more data and visual voice-mail, but it's not on the billing and doesn't work. So what the hell am i paying for ?  They've reported 2 missed payments, but i pay through my bank... how can you say a 50 dollar bill is now 178 ! What the he'll Koodo!? A whole lot of time wasted to be told " according to our records" well according to MY RECORDS, I Want out of Koodo.

Hello, I have been trying to get a new phone and plan recently. However, I am confused on Koodo’s “Tabs” phone prices.I was hoping to get the Google Pixel 7, and saw that I’d only need to pay $9.00/month for 24 months with $0 down, but I was wondering if I would be able to keep the phone at the end of those 24 months, or if this is like a “bring it back” deal (sort of like a rental phone, where you’d have to return it by the end of 24 months). If their Tab Plus or Tab Mid phone plans are rental plans, how do you keep the phone? Would Tab Basic let you keep it?Sorry I am a bit confused on the whole Tabs plan, any explanations would be greatly appreciated!

I recently switched my plan during Black Friday and recently got the bill. Both plans had Canada-Wide Long distance included. However I got charged for calls made to Ontario numbers, while in Ontario. I never had this issue before. Can anyone help me look into this? Thanks

I am not a Koodo customer but two bills (Nov and Dec) were charged from my checking account? How is this happening!

I am trying to remove the Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance add-on from my account to avoid accidental charges, but the self serve says “some add-ons cannot be removed”.Please assist.

Hi,I ported my number over to koodo and my VoLTE is not active and is not showing up on the self serve. Also, I'm unable to enable wifi calling on my Pixel 7. Please advice.

 I changed my carrier but now bill is reflecting in - 45 (for ex.) in my account .. seems like i overpaid for the services i haven’t use.. somy question is do they refund me directly to my credit card or should i go to koodo and enter my card detail and pay for -45 like don’t laugh at me but i never make payments with minus sign so am not sure .. if i beileve they would return my money automatically then why is showing due date.And there is no chance they would adjust that amout to next payment cuz i port my number to diff carrier this month 

I am trying to update my pre-authorised payments. I am trying to use the Shakepay credit card, which is a prepaid card. Are these not accepted by Koodo? Calling 611 doesn’t do anything. And it gives an error when attempting online.

I’m having trouble ading easy roam US to some of my lines.  I get the option to add easy roam INTL but if forces pay per use for the US and I can’t find a way around this.  Any thoughts on resolving this?  Strangely, one of my 4 lines has both the US and INTL easy roam options activated.

I updated my phone number roughly 24 hours ago, and I am experiencing a weird issue. I was using a temp number with Koodo for a few days while my original number was being released from another provider. Once the number was released, I transferred the number to my Koodo account via Self Serve, tested it out and it appeared to be working properly. Sooo, the issue I later found out is that when I message or call my contacts who use iPhone my number is showing up as expected (the proper number which I transferred to my account), however, when I message or call my contacts who use Android it is not coming through as my proper number, it is coming through as the temp number which Koodo supplied – for context, I am using a Google Pixel 7 Pro. I have scheduled a callback with Koodo but hoping this can get resolved quicker than waiting for the callback.   

I switched from automatic CC payments to paying monthly via a banking transaction.  Since switching I don’t receive either an email (preferred option) that I have a pending bill / payment nor a text message.  I’ve poked around and don’t see an option for this to be enabled.

Attempting to activate a new prepaid account for a 360 day plan and transferring a number from an existing Rogers Prepaid / PayAsYouGo account, but I get this error and can’t proceedIs there anything I’m doing wrong?  I’m using IMEI number on the transfer screen as opposed to the account number, is that the problem?

Hello, I charged for the easy roam for two days which I never used. The bill says it got turned on for 1min for each day, and it charged me $12 per day. Can I get the refund of this? 

Hello again @Koodo So I upgraded to a refurbished iPhone 11 and I was promised $16.95 (after tax) credit for 15 monthsThe order confirmation email also clearly indicates $16.95 credit for 15 months after tax.However, the credit applied in bill history is $16 (after tax). The above row is repeated 15 times.I don’t think I need to wait for my for my next bill in order to correct this. With my few days of experience from reading other posts about incorrect bill credit I can tell that the amount shown above gets applied to subsequent bills. Which is incorrect. The amount should be $15 and HST $1.95 totalling to $16.95  

Hello, I signed up during the Black Friday promo $30/20GB but my first and second bill shows the incorrect credit being apply. Below is an example of my latest bill, where the bill credit shows $4.42 and not $5 

can you phone a canadian cell phone number that is in the United States without any long distance on an unlimited Canada Wide calling ? The person I am calling has unlimited Us/Canada min.

I perviously had Koodo myself about 2 years ago. I have USIM with me. Is it possible to re-activate with the USIM I’ve used in the past?  

Hello. I bought a phone yesterday that turned out to be an American version. I inserted my sim and calling and data work fine, but I'm worried about roaming fees since the phone is not a Canadai variant. Does anyone know if I will be charged for using a Koodo sim card on it?
