I am trying to update my pre-authorised payments. I am trying to use the Shakepay credit card, which is a prepaid card. Are these not accepted by Koodo?
Calling 611 doesn’t do anything. And it gives an error when attempting online.

“Please note that pre-authorized debit transactions are not available for the Shakepay Card.”
“Please note you cannot pay bills directly using your Shakepay account but many payee’s will accept the Shakepay Card details in order to make a payment.”

Calling 611 doesn’t do anything. And it gives an error when attempting online.
It shouldn’t be an problem. Sometimes it depends on the browser you are using that fails to authenticate.
I have used KOHO prepaid cards to make payments many times.
