easy roam refund

Hello, I charged for the easy roam for two days which I never used. The bill says it got turned on for 1min for each day, and it charged me $12 per day. Can I get the refund of this?

Did you use your phone while outside canada for any talk or sending of texts?  Did you turn off data and data roaming on your phone while outside canada?

Did you use your phone while outside canada for any talk or sending of texts?  Did you turn off data and data roaming on your phone while outside canada?
