easy roam US

I’m having trouble ading easy roam US to some of my lines.  I get the option to add easy roam INTL but if forces pay per use for the US and I can’t find a way around this.  Any thoughts on resolving this?  Strangely, one of my 4 lines has both the US and INTL easy roam options activated.

@Scootero   After checking, we can confirm that you have the correct add-on. It is now called “Easy Roam US - PayPerUse Access On”  It was renamed to make it more clear for our customers so they know that they are only being charged for it when they use it.

Can you explain exactly what error or message you are getting?

Hi there @Scootero  It's normal, when you add Easy Roam, the system will also add the Pay Per Use INTL add-on as it's required for it to work.
