Wifi calling not working

Hi,

I ported my number over to koodo and my VoLTE is not active and is not showing up on the self serve. Also, I'm unable to enable wifi calling on my Pixel 7. Please advice.

VoLTE feature is now added to your line, please restart your phone and let us know if you can enable it. Thanks!

    Have you tried rebooting your phone? If that doesn’t help, we can flag a rep for you :)

    Edit: are you using the same email for self serve as this community?
