How can I schedule a call back? I know this is an option but it doesn’t seem clear how?

You can schedule a callback using Koodo Assist for postpaid customers or Koodo Assist Prepaid if you’re a prepaid customer. Enter “schedule a callback” in the chat dialogue box and follow the prompts. If the robot cannot answer your question, you can post your question here. There may be a delay in scheduling a callback as this is Koodo’s busiest time of the year, but you should be able to speak to a live rep at or near the scheduled callback time.
