Keep getting called, I answer and they hang up 

Is this a scam call pretending to be Koodo?

@BIGSJK Indeed that is our number. You could certainly call it back and inquire about any special promo that may have been assigned to your account.

Koodo should stop using “cold” calls to it’s customers.  They call you, then ask to confirm identity with personal information.  Due to calling scams that can spoof numbers and caller-id, this comes across suspicious.  They also keep insisting to get your personal information, which raises concerns.  A very poor business practice to engage with customers like this, during times when phone scams are so common.

Emails to customers inviting them to call, would be more appropriate.  Also, less interrupting to customers while they are busy at work, when we get by this loyalty program.  This should have been thought through better.
