2-year device contract terminated - still being charged for the device
Hello,
I bought an iPhone 11 128 GB under a 2-year contract with Koodo on Dec 22nd , 2020. I have been paying $45 for the plan and $33 for the device on monthly basis during the last two years. The 2-year period was completed in Nov 2022, but I am still being charged for the device. I was charged for Nov and Dec this year while the contract was terminated in Nov 2022.
Any action should be taken from my side? Is there any contact number that I can reach out to resolve the issue?
Thanks -- Shiva

Can you share a screenshot of your Tab history page without personal info?
and this is my December bill
Edit: The tab/bill chart is a bit confusing. You bought the device on Dec 22 meaning the first bill that it would’ve been shown on is your Jan 18 - Feb 17th, 2021 bill.
If you add it up it totals 24 payments:
Jan 18 - Feb 17, 2021 = 1st bill
Feb 18 - Mar 17, 2021 = 2nd bill
Mar 18 - Apr 17, 2021 = 3rd bill
Apr 18 - May 17, 2021 = 4th bill
May 18 - Jun 17, 2021 = 5th bill
Jun 18 - Jul 17, 2021 = 6th bill
Jul 18 - Aug 17, 2021 = 7th bill
Aug 18 - Sep 17, 2021 = 8th bill
Sep 18 - Oct 17, 2021 = 9th bill
Oct 18 - Nov 17, 2021 = 10th bill
Nov 18 - Dec 17, 2021 = 11th bill
Dec 18 - Jan 17, 2022 = 12th bill
Jan 18 - Feb 17, 2022 = 13th bill
Feb 18 - Mar 17, 2022 = 14th bill
Mar 18 - Apr 17, 2022 = 15th bill
Apr 18 - May 17, 2022 = 16th bill
May 18 - Jun 17, 2022 = 17th bill
June 18 - Jul 17, 2022 = 18th bill
July 18 - Aug 17, 2022 = 19th bill
Aug 18 - Sep 17, 2022 = 20th bill
Sep 18 - Oct 17, 2022 = 21st bill
Oct 18 - Nov 17, 2022 = 22nd bill
Nov 18 - Dec 17, 2022 = 23rd bill
Dec 18 - Jan 17, 2023 = 24th bill
Your latest bill out is now the Dec 18 - Jan 17 which is the 24th payment.
Hi Allan, thanks for the response.
so, Nov 22 was the last time that I was charged and from now on, no tab charge will be shown up on the bills, correct?
Correct. If you see a charge on the next one let us know and I’ll flag a rep to take a look!
Edit: See above/best answer
Thank you Allan.
