Data Plan not Reflected in Usage Data

 I changed my plan a few days ago to a 50GB/month data plan but my usage data chart has changed from 12GB that I had before to 15GB instead of 50GB. What is going on? And why can’t I ever schedule a call back with Koodo, it’s ridiculous!

You get your data prorated when you switch plans. For your next billing cycle it should be the full amount.
