Issues porting mt nymber, koodoo not activating my number, have no telephone use

I just startedwith Koodoo, they mailed me a SIM card and i followed all instructions to port my nymber from bell.  it has been 24 hours and my cell phone still not activated bt koodoo.  i cant make phpne calls either.

 

any thoughts on next teps?

I have flagged a rep to look into this for you.

Issue solved!!  Since my phone is 7 years old, i needed the network unlock from bell ( my previuos mobility provider).  Once i got that , i punched into my phone and viola, im on the koodoo network!
