I have had two alerts that Koodo is trying to contact me to verify a purchase I made with the deal this weekend. However the phone calls go straight to voicemail without having a chance to pick up the phone. It tells me to schedule a call-back and I get the same issue, straight to voicemail and Im not missing the call, Im with the phone and there is no missed call notification.

Im just trying to confirm my new phone purchase and the voicemail is saying if I dont verify then they will cancel the order and I lose my deal.

I just want to talk to someone and I cant get a phone number

Likely what happens in this case is the Koodo number is on your phones blocked numbers list. Please check and let us know.

No, I don’t believe I’ve blocked Koodo. I’ve seem some other posts regarding an issue receiving calls from a LAN line and it going straight to voicemail, it could be the problem. I just don’t have time to troubleshoot that.

If you're able to receive calls from other landlines then I dont think thatd be the issue.

I'd double check because there's a surprising number of people who blocked it without realizing that it is Koodo.

Ive unblocked every number stored in my phone, cant really tell if any was Koodo or not. Still don’t really feel like crossing my fingers, this seems like a pretty big hole in the customer service experience with the robo advisor. I just need a phone number to call.

Anyone know how I can escalate this to a human and not the assistant robot that only knows how to scheduling a callback? If someone could reply to me here or give me an email to reach out to, I’ve also reached out on twitter. I am getting quite frustrated with this system.

Type #assistSS in the bot at exactly 9am ET when the call center opens and you might have half a chance at getting into the queue for a callback.  Other than that, there is no other way to contact Customer Care.
