Can not use themobile sevice function in Self Service

when I login the koodo Self Service portal and try to transfer my phone number, it looks the Self Service does not work. In the Self  Service, when access the mobile service functuon, it  always deplays a blue band as the following picture and no any response.

Hello @slwatang! You cannot see anything in your Self Serve account at the moment because it looks like your account has not been activated yet. We’re experiencing a very high level of requests so we kindly ask you to allow our team a day or two to get everything in order. Thank you for choosing Koodo!

Can you try logging in on a different device/browser and see if it then works?
As well have you been with Koodo in the past?

I just opened the account yesterday and then I want to transfer my phone number from another carrier. I tried chrome, edge in mobile phone and laptop, they are the same.
