Hi,
I just submitted an order for a new activation for a plan that is on sale only today. I just ordered a SIM. The email in which I need to create a Koodo account has not arrived yet.
I would like to sign up for this plan for another line as well, so should I submit a new request or wait for the email that enables me to create a Koodo account.
My worry is that if the email for creating the account does not come in then I may lose out on the plan sale.
Please help.
