My phone doesn’t register a call when Koodo callback phones me - it just goes straight to voicemail. This doesn’t happen with any other number, including other callback systems.In another forum, I saw Fongo recommended but I am unable to access my account - I have one registered but it won’t let me sign in and when trying to reset the password, the email never went through (even after verifying the correct spelling).Is there a number or email that I can use to connect with Koodo? Feels like a frustrating chase. Thanks for your advice.

I added long distance perk on my plan but when tried using it, voice mssg that it is not activated and has to call *611, and has to schedule a call back.  Cant it be done without calling back as it for obvious reason that it was included in the plan? (Just a suggestion) thanks

Galaxy S20 using Google Messages app is regularly failing to send & receive SMS / text messages. When trying to send “Not delivered yet, tap for options” appears and “Message delivers when xxx is online...”, which makes no sense. My phone should send it now and the recipient can get it whenever they’re ready. It’s not my problem when they’re online. Also gives “Tap to download” instead of simply downloading my SMS messages sent to me. Tapping does not download the message. Sometimes restarting the phone will relieve the constipation. This problem only seems to happen on WiFi calling. I don’t know if it’s the phone, the app, or KoodoMobile. Any ideas?

Hello everyone. I ordered my SIM card from Koodo and it took about a week to receive it. I did not activate and transfer my number yet. I just got the first invoice by email. I understand the first bill includes a pro-rated monthly fee, but the thing is that I did not use the SIM card yet, and the first pro-rated billing period is from May 18 to 28. Will it adjust automatically when I transfer my number and activate my plan? It's May 30 now and I did not use the SIM card yet. 

I’m looking to upgrade to the S23 with Tab. Am I reading this correctly? $25 per month for 24 months then the phone is paid for in full? I understand I will have to upgrade to Tab plus which is $55 per month. I don’t want to get lost in the fine print. TSYM everyone :) 

How can i remove subscription to the international long distance saver add-on?

I want to change my plan but am only given the option to add a line. It's an all around better plan. Right now I only get 16GB for $50 and the new plan is the limited time 20GB for $39, but in order to get it I need to add it as a line to my current account.If I add the new line, am I stuck paying for two lines? Or can I cancel the old $50 one and proceed with the $39?

Hello Koodo friends,I am trying to switch plans within Koodo to this new $39 promotion, but the checkout requires I buy a new SIM card. Is this necessary? I don’t understand why I need a new SIM card when I am only switching plans. Can this be bypassed?Thanks!

The pay now option in my self serve is greyed out. I am unable to use this option to pay my bill that I recently received yesterday. I decided to wait one day and see if it fixed itself but it did not. Should I continue to wait?Thanks.

I’m having an issue in self serve > manage my perks. When I click on it, I'm getting a blank page for perks. I want to change my free perk from "unlimited international minutes" to "unlimited international SMS".I have tried:- clearing cache/cookies- different browsers- different laptopsNone of the above has helped.I have already tried to do this over the phone with a Koodo rep and they experienced the same. My new billing cycle starts soon on April 2nd and I want to get this change done before that, so that I can use it starting with the new billing cycle. Please help.Thanks.

Bonjour, If i turn off the roaming while i’m in the USA, will i still receive text and phone calls? My plan is not to answer, just see who is trying to contact me.

Here’s the offer.  When I go to my account there is NO “Manage plan and add-ons” - it’s either “change plan” which gives me some options but not that offer, or manage add-ons which offers nothing other than the usual add-on choices.  Am I missing something?I did try the links along the top, but I had to buy a new phone to get that plan, but that’s not what the text is offering. 

My free perk I picked Unlimited International SMS and MMS.. What is this? Does this mean I can text the states free?  Cause I don't wanna be txting the states n being charged for each text Also I tried to txt a american  number while using wifi calling wirh no cell service and it wouldnt work. 

My daughter is in Spain for a month for an exchange, and her host got her a local SIM card to use while she was there. It was cheap and works great (8 euros for 22 GB or something).My concern is she reported that when she started up the phone with the new temporary SIM, she received a SMS from… Koodo? (I’m not sure), saying that (and I’m paraphrasing here) after 29 more days her current phone number with Koodo would be lost.Does this make sense? If you swap out the Koodo SIM for a month, do you lose the Koodo phone number or is there some other problem with using a local SIM card while traveling for an extended time? Easy Roam is crazy expensive compared to local European plans.

I tried removing device care from add-on in self serve, i tick the i understand button and confirm changes but it goes back to the I understand check box. I use incognito and clear cache but still same thing happens. The shop said i can easily remove it via self serve but this happened. 

I want to subscribe my Koodo number for text messages from Koodo offers and promotions. I’ve found this link https://koodo.jumptxt.com/opt-out/koodo/index.xhtml?lang=en, but this is for unsubscribe only. Is there a way to subscribe to text messaging list?P.S. Even though this topic might be found in forum (which is closed for new comments), it is still unclear how to subscribe to the text messaging list, because it seems someone from koodo has to do this. Silly question,  if I get Stream+ can I use it off a tablet or does it have to be my phone?  Also can I use my phone while streaming say calls, text, games?

(Currently using the Xiaomi Pocophone F1)After switching from Fido to Koodo, I am unable to open most of my apps such as BMO app, chrome, bacon reader, twitter, my phone updater and most other game apps when using data.However apps such as youtube, gmail and instagram works fine.I have checked all my data settings and found that it is indeed turned on and turned off by mistake. I have even done a full wipe and factory reset on my phone. Tried removing and reinserting the SIM card, which after doing so broke a few more apps altogether making it worse.I have even reset and tried creating multiple access point and the various fixes for the APN and MMS ports and so forth.My only solution was to download 1.1.1.1 App by cloudflare and after turning it on and “securing” my connection all my apps now works on data. I am currently in Spain with easy roam on but am unable to receive SMS texts. The issue I have is that my voicemail has also been locked, and Koodo is trying to send me an SMS with the new password which I can't receive. Can someone help me either set up the phone to receive SMS or could someone at Koodo reset the voicemail password and email me the new code to the email that I have registered on KOODO.?
