I tried removing device care from add-on in self serve, i tick the i understand button and confirm changes but it goes back to the I understand check box. I use incognito and clear cache but still same thing happens. The shop said i can easily remove it via self serve but this happened.
Howling have you had the device care complete on your line? I wonder if your account was new and there was some restriction to remove it in selfserve
It did add the device care recently but I was told I could remove it from my account whenever I chose.
