International long distance saver ad on

How can i remove subscription to the international long distance saver add-on?

When you login to self serve and go to mobile service > manage add-on, do you see the add-on there?

And what happens when you click remove it?

It does not give the option to remove

We have removed the add on for you, feel free to check the details in Self serve.

You will see a partial adjustment on the next bill.

Have you tried to remove it on a different browser, laptop/computer?
