long distance perk

I added long distance perk on my plan but when tried using it, voice mssg that it is not activated and has to call *611, and has to schedule a call back.  Cant it be done without calling back as it for obvious reason that it was included in the plan? (Just a suggestion)

Eh, could you describe the exact message when you tried to dial an international number? As well, could you confirm that in your self-serve the perk of long distance calling was there?

I asked because I wondered if your phone line had the payperuse long distance calling add-on. You would need that provision to make international calls

It looks like there was an add on missing, we have added the Pay Per use long distance add on, please power off and back on your device and let us know if it is working. Thanks!
