I’ in Dominican Republic, on vacation
I have VOIP service at home in Canada, which I can acess via WiFi.
However, when I call my number and dial “1” when I hear my message, I’m asked for a “callback number”.
I don’t want someone to call me back!
I just want to access my voicemail!
What should I do???

You hear your message, and then youre asked for a callback number? Did you try pressing * while your message is playing?

I cant access landline voice mail. when I push one to get messages like I allways do, I am asked for code # .
I had the same issue when I first went to koodo home phone It took days to get it resolved to using the simple task of only pushing one (1) fix this for me???????
+4Some VoIP apps use “press 1 to connect” as a filter against robocalls and telemarkers. Placing a call from outside Canada or the US may trigger your call as suspicious. Check your VoIP provider preferences to make sure that calls made outside country code +1 (Canada and the US) are authorized.
