I ported number from Public Mobile to Koodo this morning. Since then i don’t have any service. I requested call back at 4pm, received call and spent 2 hours with the agent who basically kept telling me to reboot my phone 20 times. At 7pm his shift ended and he had to go and someone would call me back lol. I missed that call and now going into next day still no service.  Here are some of the things i have tried: reset network settings turned line offturned cellular data on/offreinstall esim with phone repairplane mode on/offNothing has worked and all i see is SOS for signal Feels like impossible to get any help

I recently purchased the 100$ yearly prepaid plan however the esim activation failed. I tried registering to self-serve in order to obtain a new esim however to register i would need my sim card to be active in order to receive the 6-digit security code. How can i get a new esim? I tried using koodo assist but the bot would not connect me to a human rep and kept telling me to register to self serve which i currently cannot. 

Anybody have a same issue? Thanks.

Hi ,I saw this plan advertised as a Black Friday deal and I'm interested in it! I just have a quick question about the 3-Day Easy Roam International that's included as a perk. Isn't that a contradiction? Or does that perk make sense when traveling to another country other than Mexico and USA?Thanks for the help. 

I’m trying to port a number from SpeakOut and it seems to not have worked. I can’t set or reset a password on Koodo to make an account to get help, nor can I receive a call from an agent. What would you suggest?

Prepaid Password reset does not work.  I’m 100 percent meeting all requirements yet it continuously rejects my password.  I am unable to login with my original password because of some sort of security update.  I’m screwed because I can’t get into my account to update my billing information.  What kind of dog and pony show is this?  Koodo your response?

Hi, I just purchased the Koodo 360 Prepaid Plan in Spain. We need a Canadian phone number for 2-step verifications for our bank accounts there and unfortunately the VoIP method no longer works with some banks.The eSIM is properly installed and seems to be properly activated.However, I can’t receive text messages, the first one being the Short Code that Koodo sends to try and register my online account.I tried the Assist but it just goes in circles and I can’t receive a call-back because I don’t have roaming (since I can’t even register) and Koodo assist says they don’t make long distance calls!Can anyone help with this or know how I can in touch with a Koodo representative via chat, email or a call so this issue can be  resolved?Would really appreciate any help.

I am getting error while I am trying to get my old number from my previous provider to Koodo, can someone help me pls?   

Hi, On the Koodo internet activation date, the online light on the modem is not on after I plug in and power on. Currently I am  using Teksavvy Internet.

Number Successfully ported over to Koodo but temporary number still shows on e-sim manager.

My partner and I ported to Koodo back to today from a winback deal and the sales rep mixed our phone lines. We can’t text or receive calls on either of our phones. We can make calls and interestingly calls from my phone show as my correct number (I have no idea why) but because we can’t receive calls I can’t use Koodo Callback assist. Any help from a Koodo rep would be great thanks!

I just changed my phone and the new one didn’t come with a sim card.Do I put in the old one from my previous  phone or is it an e sim?I can’t find a number for one anywhere.Any ideas?Thanks

Just need to confirm that this data roaming / sms / calling will be in US, Canada, and Mexico? I've read some strange things in a different forum that texts are only possible FROM Canada to these other territories. Am I able to text while in these other territories? 

I am currently on Fido and was looking to move to Koodo. But before I move, I wanted to know if Koodo supports International Wi-Fi calling. I travel quite a lot and would prefer not to incur any roaming charges while making calls over WiFi internationally.

My home internet modem setup fails. The US and DS lights are constantly blinking. Modem reboot didn’t help. The service activation date is Nov 29On top of it, I cannot even connect to the router - the network is not shown in the list of available on any device. Hard rest didn help 

Lost esim during botched transfer of iphone to new iphone.  Self serve says email needs to be active for 48 hours, had this account for 2 years and that email for more.  Callbacks on the site dont work.  0 support anywhere 

Just switched to this plan. The easy roam my wife uses for a trip to Mexico, she would no longer have to use, as it’s now included. Awesome!She use to text CAR7PASS to 7626 to turn on the week long easy roam.   She used this same one on her last trip to Cuba.    That implies that the Mexico roaming would also include the Caribbean and / or Cuba. The question is:   Does that mean the Mexico part of this plan includes the Cuba and Caribbean?

I am trying to make a long distance call from Canada to the Phillipines (I know it will be expensive).    When I dial, I keep getting a message that the call cannot be completed as dialed.  The number I am trying to dial is 63 2 8886 4674 (it’s a government number).   I have tried dialing it two different ways011 63 2 8886 4674+63 2 8886 4674Am I missing something?, like maybe a 1 or something.  The above is per A.I.I so have the International Long Distance Addon.    

Hi,I just changed one of my lines plans and need to change perk too. (number ending xxx15)Unfortunatelly after I change it it to “3-Day Easy Roam International”it get reverted to “$0 Unlimited International SMS and MMS” even plan do not support it anymore.I was able to change plan and perk on another number, before that.Is there any ongoing issue and should I try again later or?

I just recently subscribed to Unlimited Internet 1 Gigabit and setup went great. With a wired ethernet connection I am able to consistently get speeds of 700-900Mbps, however when connecting to wifi speeds will not exceed 450Mbps.Is the provided router “TELUS Boost Wi-Fi 6 Lite” capable of providing higher speeds? The router seems to be the bottle neck as it doesn't matter which device I use (phone, laptop, Firestick) - none can reach speeds above 450Mbps. All testing was done within 10 ft of the router.

Hello Community, I transferred from Freedom to Koodo and whenever I call, it does not show my ID Showing "Private Number"Please what could be the reason for this   

Last night after chat /texting with a koodo rep I was told a rep would be calling me. while talking with the koodo rep on the phone I was told they would send a text to my phone to authenticate my ID...that i would need to take a selfie and send a photo of my Identification.  the text didn’t come so they said they would send an email. The email had a warning that the message seemed dangerous and may be a phishing scam and to avoid clicking links etc. However the rep wanted me to open the link to send the requested info.  I want to know if this is safe to use.  I have been a customer of Koodo for more than 8 yrs and have not had to do this before. The email came from - idverify@authenticide.co - It says Telus  /Koodo sues AuthenticID to facilitate …..identity verification.  The link included http://amalgameast.reauthid.com                                                 Is this safe and authentically Koodo?

I have been charged $96 for easy roam. I have not left BC. Can you please fix this issue. Thanks
