Question

I just set up a new line with Koodo on Nov.30 for $30 for 60G. Why after I log in my account, it shows $50 per month?

That $50 is probably your regular plan price; new customer promo might not show up right away in your account. Sometimes the $30 promo only applies after the first bill or if you activated through a specific link. Check your promo terms or see if the discount shows up next month. If not, weird; usually it works right away.

It is a $50 plan, then there is a $10 credit if you have auto pay by bank, and then another monthly $10 store credit (ex from Mobile Klinik) that will be applied.

You will see these credits on your detailed pdf ebill when you invoice is issued.

Thanks. Will wait for the bill to see.

@Lucysong010

We have looked into it and we can confirm the regular cost of the plan is $50, and you will get a recurring credit $10 (please download the service agreement in self serve → https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/where-can-i-find-a-copy-of-my-csa)

The plan is eligible with the autopay discount, which will apply on your bill as long as you have pre-authorized bank payments enabled →  https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount

Note this is not prorated, so the first bill might be slightly higher due to proration, more about proration here → https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/your-koodo-bill-after-youve-activated-a-new-account-or-added-a-new-line

The same goes for the recurring credits, they are not prorated.
