I have been charged $96 for easy roam. I have not left BC. Can you please fix this issue. Thanks

Hi @Cal hun

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since they were triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo in the phone settings, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.

That’s rough. First thing; did your phone accidentally connect to a US network near the BC border? That’s the most common reason for surprise Easy Roam charges even if you didn’t leave the province.

Check your Self Serve account under roaming usage to see when/where those charges happened. If it was accidental cross-border roaming, I can flag a rep to review it; they can sometimes reverse erroneous charges.

What does your usage breakdown show?
