Prepaid password reset form is not working.

Prepaid Password reset does not work.  I’m 100 percent meeting all requirements yet it continuously rejects my password.  I am unable to login with my original password because of some sort of security update.  I’m screwed because I can’t get into my account to update my billing information.  What kind of dog and pony show is this?  Koodo your response?

Hmm, that’s weird… I guess you have tried the forgotten password feature, right? Just checking :)

Anyway, Koodo can definitely help you out… you’d need to schedule a callback for prepaid self serve:  link

Yes that is exactly what I’m trying.  It doesn’t work.

Right, I figured that. Follow the link I posted. On the right hand side you’ll need to click the chat - and tell it you can’t reset your password. You may need to try a few responses but insist you need a callback from an agent. it should offer a time slot to call you back.

Yes, I am having same issues with resetting password. I literally have tried over 20 different phrases or passwords that all are meeting requirements but will not accept the password. It's very frustrating and I have wasted almost an hour tried everything imaginable. 🙄🤯

A few people have hit this same wall, and sometimes it's a system-side issue on Koodo's end. IIRC, Koodo's happened to be blocking repeated reset attempts for 48 hours if it thought an email had already been sent (even if it never actually arrived). So if you've tried multiple times in the last day or two, that could be why it keeps failing.

You can schedule a callback through Koodo's Chatbot at koodo.com/chat; just tell them you can't reset your password and keep getting rejections. They should be able to manually reset it for you and get you back into your account to fix that billing info.
