Is you old number still an active line in good standing?

Yes @Dennis , it is active, I use it daily.

Did you check the account number? What about the first name and last name? Is everything correct?

You need to double-check that your name and account number match *exactly* what your old provider has on file; even small typos or spacing differences can tank the whole thing. Some carriers are picky about that stuff.

yes @MilkyWay , I copied the account number from the bill of my prev provider, first name and last name is mine, so thats correct as well.

If you are sure the details are indeed 100% correct, I suggest clearing your bowser’s cache, or try using a different browser

@Robert T no message, its just what it is in the screenshot. everything is correct, no mistakes on account number or names.

Are you able to confirm if it is a landline number? If so, you will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to complete the port transfer. Note that it will take a few business days for the process to go through. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo

@Dennis I tried using incognito as well, still the error persists.

In that case, you will need to follow up with your previous carrier. It is possible there may be some kind of port fraud protection that may be stopping you from porting over to Koodo.

Are you logged into the community with your self serve account?  If SO we can flag a rep to see if there is something wrong with porting on your account
