Could be your phone settings or a Koodo add-on. Check if “Call Display Restrict” is turned on in your account; removing it should fix it. Also, go into your phone’s dialer settings and make sure caller ID isn’t blocked there. If it’s still not showing, try calling *30# to re-enable caller ID.
