Call Number ID Not Showing

Hello Community, I transferred from Freedom to Koodo and whenever I call, it does not show my ID Showing "Private Number"

Please what could be the reason for this

Could be your phone settings or a Koodo add-on. Check if “Call Display Restrict” is turned on in your account; removing it should fix it. Also, go into your phone’s dialer settings and make sure caller ID isn’t blocked there. If it’s still not showing, try calling *30# to re-enable caller ID.

Okay I did it and it worked
