Looks like you’ve tried the callback and chatbot stuff already. Since you can’t reach them by phone or email and you cancelled your number, that really limits options.
One thing you might try: if you have a Koodo account online, log into Self Serve and check your bill there.
If that’s a dead end, I can flag a rep here to help you directly or you’ll have to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist when you do have phone access again.
