Looks like you’ve tried the callback and chatbot stuff already. Since you can’t reach them by phone or email and you cancelled your number, that really limits options.

One thing you might try: if you have a Koodo account online, log into Self Serve and check your bill there.

If that’s a dead end, I can flag a rep here to help you directly or you’ll have to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist when you do have phone access again.

Assuming you already tried to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist, you can escalate your concern to the management team by filling out this form

What is the issue with your bill?


 


i got this bill, and it didnt tell me what this bill was for. and i couldn’t contact them about this bill as i was out of the country for 4 months.

Did you try logging in to your Self-Serve account to check your bill when you received the email? 

Can you confirm if you upgraded your phone with Koodo? If so, you would be liable for the remaining Tab and Tab Bonus balance once you cancelled your account, which may explain the charges on your bill. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/Tab-bonus
