Unable to change perk

Hi,

I just changed one of my lines plans and need to change perk too. (number ending xxx15)

Unfortunatelly after I change it it to “3-Day Easy Roam International”

it get reverted to “$0 Unlimited International SMS and MMS” even plan do not support it anymore.

I was able to change plan and perk on another number, before that.

Is there any ongoing issue and should I try again later or?

We’ve tried to add the perk from our end but we were unable to. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
