Lost esim during botched transfer of iphone to new iphone.  Self serve says email needs to be active for 48 hours, had this account for 2 years and that email for more.  Callbacks on the site dont work.  0 support anywhere

If you deleted the eSIM from the phone. Unfortunately, you would need an eSIM voucher from Koodo store and attached your number to it. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/esim-and-esim-vouchers?

@KG33 Upon checking, we see the esim status is deleted. In this case a new one would be required that can be purchased in store, as Dinh indicated above.
