Got a text from “401-0” saying to call 1-866-558-4151 to redeem a new and exclusive Black Friday deal. Is this legit or scam?

Koodo does text from 4010 along with various other short code numbers:
Reps as well, do call to offer special deals to customers. Always take things with a grain of salt and use caution but if you’re interested in getting a deal, I would schedule a callback with Koodo yourself, visit a store, or check your self serve account to play things safe!
It appears Koodo uses 4010 for texting offers. Is there an official list where those texts could be coming from?Also, if you wanna verify a deal is real, log into your Koodo account directly or check koodomobile.com. Never call a number from an unsolicited text.
