Hi Support Team,For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with my home internet connection. The service is very unstable and frequently disconnects for hours at a time.When it is working, the speed is very low, and my upload speed is often down to around 2 Mbps. Overall, the connection is not stable or usable for normal activities.Could you please investigate this issue and check my line and equipment? I’d appreciate it if you could help restore a stable and reliable connection as soon as possible. I did reboot my router several times and it’s the same not fixing the connection issue I’m facing.

I bought a tab on my number and I wasn’t told that there is some sort of tab bonus thing or something.I bought it for $414 and I wanted to change my carrier. So I went to a Koodo representative and asked him regarding it . He told me that you can change it and I was ready to pay the full amount of the phone, which he said I  will receive in the last bill. I was waiting for my last bill but I got the notification one month later and now I see I have been charged a fee and instead of the Tab fee amount, they have charged me a lot more and now the bill turns out to be $847

I'm a Public Mobile customer and used the special offer to sign up for Stream+. I got a confirmation and signed up for self-service. I was able to see my subscription in my self-service account. I did get an email to activate Netflix, but I never get email to activate anything else. This subscription stays in my account as “purchase in progress” so I can’t click it or manage it, change or cancel or do anything. Money was taken away for this month. What should I do? 

My Koodo internet was activated on November 25, 2025, and I was told my bill date would be 7 days after activation. It’s been more then a week, and I haven't been billed or received any invoices. What gives?  

In the past 4 months I’ve been continuously charged for roaming fees without having left the country. Koodo must’ve done something different with their networks or satellites because I’ve been with them for 3 years and I’ve never been charged and now it happens on each monthly bill. When these charges occur I’m actually further North in Canada and working or hiking in the bush. When I get a text it states welcome to the USA via AT&T.  Although it’s only a 45 cent charge, if not dealt with it’ll continue. It frustrates me to have to deal with this because, lately, each month there seems to be an additional charge on my account for no reason. I knew when I got the text that I ought to take a screen shot because it would likely show up again on this month’s bill.I followed the directions from the Koodo rep on how to set up my phone so as to avoid this in the future but here I am again.  

I get all the way to the end of buying a new phone online, using Koodo Tab, and then after clicking Place Your Order I'm stuck on the ‘hang tight’ spinning loading screen. I've waited 30 mins, tried multiple browsers and devices both on and off wifi. No error message. Anyone else experience this? 

EDIT: As many recommended, I contacted Amazon again to try with a different rep. I didn’t even have to plead, this second rep offered a full refund for my membership that I paid on September 20th. Thanks to everyone!  Hi there! I recently subscribed (on December 5 2025) to the Stream+ Bundle which includes Disney+, Netflix and Prime. Everything is good and linked up, but when I linked up Amazon Prime, I noticed that I had paid for the yearly subscription of 99$ plus tax on September 20 2025. So I realized that I paid for the year and will then pay monthly through Koodo, essentially doubling payments from now til September 20 2026. Is there anything I can do for this? I contacted Amazon to ask for a retroactive refund of unused months and they refused me citing i’ve used their services already.Anyone else has gone through this? Thanks for your help

If I have selected  “3-Day Easy Roam US” as my Perk and also buy a 7-day Easy Roam Travel Pass, does that mean I can use my Koodo data in the US for a 10-day trip?Thank you!

Why am I receiving this message “(1 of 2) Koodo: You've used 100% of your 10MB of data and spent a total of $0.75 on additional pay-per-use data in this bill cycle. To help manage costs, your data has been paused until the end of your bill cycle at 11:59pm on 2025-12-27.” when I have 83.2gb left of data. 

Hello,I have been overcharged for Easy roam on our phone bill. Ridiculous amount too. Easy roam was set up as per instructions and text came through that it was activated. And yet Koodo has charged me for every day. I can't even get the chat to have allow a callback. So frustrating. Any help on how I can get a callback arranged so I can talk to a live person would be lovely..

Hello, I wish to activate an eSim for my new unlocked phone, which I purchased online from Walmart. When I click on the Prepaid tab, and then Activate eSim, the website asks me to confirm I’m a human, by clicking on an empty box. After I do this, the website just lags. A circle just goes around on the screen, but nothing happens. It just lags. I’ve tried clearing my cache, rebooting my laptop & even tried another browser. Can someone please try this & report your findings? Also….I want to know, if I activate a Prepaid account with Koodo Mobile, would I be able to choose my phone number? I just found out that my old phone number (which was registered with Koodo’s monthly bill) is still inactive. I’m kind of hoping I’ll be able to choose that number.

I just signed up for the Canada-US-Mexico roaming with data, talk and texts with 60GB of Shock-Free data at 5G speed and Unlimited International SMS.For my 1 free perk, I chose 3-day Easy Roam INTL.When I review my changes, under Perks it states “No Perks selected.”Why doesn’t my chosen perk show up when I review my changes? 

Have mobile and internet with Koodo, get an email saying sorry to see you leave? Monthly bill always paid automatically with the mobile thru my bank, can't see the internet account anymore? Messaged for call back but it says we'll call you back everytime I said hello?, no help to keep a customer i guess, amazing business model, you can't even try and pay.. Drop off my modem on to the next provider i guess 

I just switched to Koodo under the black Friday deal, and despite having 5G I am appalled at the download speeds. I'm getting 2mb/s or less where my previous carrier would give me 200 mb/s. I want to log in to change my perk to 5g speed boost hoping that that fixes the issues, but now I can't log in due to many attempts. This persists despite changing my password and re-attenptinf log in. This issue has persisted >24 hours.  Any solution? What a horrible introduction to Koodo.. 

I am travelling to US tomorrow, I wanna use my data and make n answer calls.  In my self serve it says you already have easyroam activated and I only need to pay when I use my data and make calls, BUT how much am I gonna be charged per use? or is it better to with a per day or weekly plan and how can I get one of those?

It’s been more than 8hrs and the temporary number is still showing on my phone, also when calling and sending someone message. I’m not able to receive anything on my actual number and its so frustrating. Call Koodo Agent in afternoon and they were not able to help much even after doing multiple network reset on phone, and from Koodo while shutting down my phone. Tried turning of RCS and other stuff, nothing is working.

I was in Victoria and my phone started roaming when I was still in Canada. Normally I set the network to Koodo but I got a new phone and forgot to change it. Please refund the charge.

I left Koodo a month ago and just received some charges on my account, I want to talk to a rep but the chat bot is not scheduling a callback, it keeps saying my number is not connected to my account ( since I ported to another service) and keeps repeating the same question. How do I contact a rep? I can't find a number for email anywhere.

I am currently in Europe and I need to make some calls back to Canada. Is there some plan I can get to make that cheaper? Or will I have to pay the $0.8/min for all my calls?

Hi, I need help with Transferring my number from my previous carrier to my new Koodo account as I am unable to do it using the self serve page. Has anyone else used the # 250-755-4852 to sign up for Koodo Mobile plans?I got this number from a legit Canadian blog site, called it but no answer but got a text message from this number shortly after offering to help me setup.  I gave them name, address and driver’s license number and they gave me an account number but over 24 hours later no emails from Koodo for this account and no reply anymore from this number.  Have I been scammed or something? stolen identify ? loans or accounts open using my driver’s license number and address?
