My Koodo internet was activated on November 25, 2025, and I was told my bill date would be 7 days after activation. It’s been more then a week, and I haven't been billed or received any invoices. What gives?

Since Koodo Internet is prepaid, your first payment was charged upfront when you ordered, covering the first billing cycle starting from your activation date. The monthly billing date is set 7 days after activation, but no new charge occurs until that date. So if your activation was November 25, your next charge would be due around December 2. If your credit card hasn’t been charged yet, it likely means you are still within the prepaid cycle and no further billing was triggered.
