Why am I receiving this message “(1 of 2) Koodo: You've used 100% of your 10MB of data and spent a total of $0.75 on additional pay-per-use data in this bill cycle. To help manage costs, your data has been paused until the end of your bill cycle at 11:59pm on 2025-12-27.” when I have 83.2gb left of data.

You are seeing that message because Koodo has applied a temporary data pause after you exceeded your 10MB pay-per-use data threshold, even though you have a large main data balance left. This happens when pay-per-use data is enabled on your plan and you hit that low-limit cap, triggering a block to avoid unexpected charges. You need to disable pay-per-use data or adjust your plan/add-ons to prevent this pause despite having remaining data.

Can you post a screenshot of your data usage page on your self serve?

I do not have pay per use and it is not in my add ons
