I just switched to Koodo under the black Friday deal, and despite having 5G I am appalled at the download speeds. I'm getting 2mb/s or less where my previous carrier would give me 200 mb/s.

I want to log in to change my perk to 5g speed boost hoping that that fixes the issues, but now I can't log in due to many attempts. This persists despite changing my password and re-attenptinf log in. This issue has persisted >24 hours.

Any solution? What a horrible introduction to Koodo..

Hey,

The “too many attempts” lockout typically lasts about an hour, so after waiting you should be able to try logging in again. If the problem persists for over 24 hours despite password resets, try using a different device or browser (including incognito mode) and Koodo’s own network to rule out glitches. If you still can’t log in, scheduling a callback via Koodo Assist is needed so a rep can manually unlock or fix your account issue.

What happens when you turn off 5G and try to connect to the LTE network instead.  Do speeds improve?

New browser worked cheers!

Also turned off my Nord VPN and speeds went up.

Thanks!

I had this happen the first time I tried to log in this morning using Chrome. Switched to Firefox and it let me log in. Just in case anyone else with this problem needs a specific solution.
