Stuck on Place Order step for new phone

I get all the way to the end of buying a new phone online, using Koodo Tab, and then after clicking Place Your Order I'm stuck on the ‘hang tight’ spinning loading screen. I've waited 30 mins, tried multiple browsers and devices both on and off wifi. No error message. Anyone else experience this?

The “hang tight” spinning screen after clicking Place Your Order for a new phone on Koodo’s site is a known issue some users face, often stuck without error messages. Not sure if you have tried, but can you click on “refresh” to see if the page can update by itself?

As well, were your credit card been charged?

Hi there ​@ronion344 You mentioned that you tried on multiple browsers and devices and the issue still persisted. Did you get a chance to try what ​@Dinh  mentioned and also, did you try the incognito/private mode of your browser ?
