I was in Victoria and my phone started roaming when I was still in Canada. Normally I set the network to Koodo but I got a new phone and forgot to change it. Please refund the charge.

If you were charged roaming in Victoria while still in Canada because your phone auto-connected to a non-Koodo network, Koodo reps have been able to review and remove such accidental roaming charges when verified. You’ll want to log into Self Serve to check your detailed usage and then ask a rep to review and refund the charge. Also, set your network to manual and select Koodo to avoid this in the future.

When you login to your self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill, what day was the roaming charge for?

Hi @Ssku, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
