Have mobile and internet with Koodo, get an email saying sorry to see you leave? Monthly bill always paid automatically with the mobile thru my bank, can't see the internet account anymore? Messaged for call back but it says we'll call you back everytime I said hello?, no help to keep a customer i guess, amazing business model, you can't even try and pay.. Drop off my modem on to the next provider i guess

Hey,
Sounds like your internet got auto-cancelled; likely due to a payment issue (expired card, bank block, etc.) even though mobile kept going. Once cancelled, internet accounts drop from Self Serve. That “sorry to see you leave” email confirms it happened.
To fix: Schedule a callback at koodo.com/chat, type “I want to cancel” (counterintuitive, but it works), and ask about reinstatement. Mention you want to keep it. They can reactivate if you’re within the window and resolve the payment hiccup.
