Upgraded phone, keeps crashing and restarting

I recently upgraded my phone to a refurbished S21 Ultra.  I like the phone, the camera is great.  3 days after using it, I had to install 7 updates to the phone.  I thought that was odd considering all refurbished phones are inspected etc. so I thought it was up to date.  After the new updates, the phone will restart itself almost once a day.  I will be using an app, such as Facebook or Instagram and it crashes and then restarts.  I found the feature in settings where you can turn on or off the phones capability to restart on its own if deemed necessary.  I turned that feature off and it will still restart after an app crash.  I've had Samsung phones for years and have been with Koodod for over 12 years.  I've purchased refurbished phones in the past but I've never had these issues before.  I'm on day 16 of when I purchased the phone online, even though I've had it for less time due to shipping.  I'm just wondering if it's worth returning and trying again.  Did I get a lemon of a phone

Charged $$$ after porting Koodo Prepaid ph# to Public Mobile

5 days after porting a Koodo Prepaid # to Public Mobile, a $282.50 charge was placed on my CC for an unknown 'Koodo Top-up'.  The prepaid account was always in good standing and ported to a TELUS owned MVNO.This doesn’t seem like a reasonable charge.  How can I report it or get it reconciled?Appreciate any help!thanks

Billing issue when switched data plan

Hi !I have set-up my Koodo billing as a pre-authorized monthly payment and on the 1st of April my bank account was charged $139.46, then on the same day I switched data plan for something cheaper. I was then credited $139.46 on the same day (April 1st) but on my Koodo profile it says I have no amount/balance due and I was never charged again. I know my payment of $139.46 is due on April 5th.Will I be charged again in the upcoming days, or do I need to make a payment?

Roaming Fee & Phone Number

Hello, I was unreasonably charged for easyroam on Mar 12. Can someone help me remove it from my bill? Thank you so much!Also, I plan to stay in another country for a while and stop using this mobile phone service temporarily. I wonder is there a way(without payment) to keep my mobile phone number and I can still use the same phone number after I come back to Canada?Thanks for your help!

Delivery went wrong.

My package, modem and router, was delivered to the wrong province and I am having a miserable time trying to contact Koodo to tell them. I have requested numerous call backs and yes they are authorized callers.I have called their number, they are closed and hang up.So how do I tell Koodo my activation date is wrong?

internet issue

I signed up for home internet last week. My activation date is April 8. I see in my receipts that I was charged for the month, but then reimbursed a few days later. Does that mean my subscription got cancelled some how? I have the modem already.

STREAM+ ACTIVATION LINKS-NOT WORKING

I purchased STREAM+ subscription on March 29, 2024 and tried to activate all three platforms (NETFLIX, DISNEY, PRIME). But, nothing happens  after clicking the “ACTIVATE” button”. It keeps me on the same page.  Please, need help. Thanks.

How do i activate my new sim in my new device

I purchased my new device which came with new sim. I am an existing customer and want to keep .y phone number. When i bought my package online it said activation fee waved when you use self serve. My problem is im recently blind in one eye and  i have next to no vision in my other eye. When i go through the steps to activate my new device it wants me to add the digits from my new sim card but i cannot see them to enter them  Ive had . phone for 4 months now and i have no family or options to get the help i  need. What do i do ? I have the sim numbers written out on a piece of paper but cant see them to add them in self serve. Im writing this with the help of my speech to text recorder hoping i can get help. I  lost my job because im blind now and i understand that a rep will charge me to help and i cant afford it now. Any suggestions would be appreciated. As well reps who help the visually impaired would be helpful. I NEED HELP & AM APPARENTLY STUCK  BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE

It looks like you can't pick a perk right now

Hello,  I changed the plan for one of the users on my account last week and it will not let me add a free perk. It says to try again in a hour but I have tried various times/days on multiple devices and it does not work. I would like to add the free premium voicemail perk to the phone number on my account ending in 25.  Thanks.

I’ve added Stream+ Premium to my account last night.  I have not received any activation emails and my self serve is just saying “purchase in progress”.  How long does this usually take?  When should I receive the activation emails?
