You have a 30 day trial period for Koodo internet, so that’s not an issue.

So for the mobile plan, you were charged a pro-rated amount that is the first partial billing cycle amount, plus the first full month of your bill. Discounts also typically apply only on the first full month of billing. Are these things showing the 2 billing periods of your cell plan and such not visible on page 3 of the bill that you got?
