going threw panama canal on cruise ship roaming

Hi im doing a cruise going threw the panama canal . I have a full day and night in panama before going threw the locks on day 2. I will use my roaming plan when  in panama of the ship  but when im on the ship docked at warf and also going threw the canal locks the next day will i be able to still use my roaming plan to connect to land towers instead of ships service since im not at sea. How can i be sure i wont connect threw the ships tower? Thanks

2 cell phones/One data plan

Can my spouse and I both have cell phones linked to the same data plan? We currently have 2 separate plans but we never use the roll over data on either plan.

USA Easy Roam Travel Pass

I have just added the $55 7-day “USA Easy Roam Travel Pass” to my account because it would be cheaper than using Easy Roam U.S. at the per-day rate of $14 (I am travelling for 5 days).My only question: do I leave the “Easy Roam US - PayPerUse Access On” add-on active or do I remove it? I am trying to avoid being charged the Easy Roam per-day rate on top of the cost of the travel pass.

Removing Easy Roam

 I have not used my phone but am getting daily roaming charges, and I am unable to turn it off in Self Serve... it sends me a popup message to contact Customer Service.. which is really hard to do. I am out of the country where the 800 number does not work, even using the Mexican translated 800 numbers.  I have tried the Facebook page and left a number of messages with no reply.  I have brought my phone here several times to monitor incoming texts and get OTPs…. this is the first time that I have had this issue.I would really appreciate some assistance regarding to get the Easy Roam removed, along with the daily $16 charges, and information on a local Canadian number that i can call, or a way to get access to customer service.Thank you!

Charged for Easy Roam flying from Ontario to Victoria BC

Hello, my son was charged for roaming while flying one-way from Toronto to Vancouver/Victoria BC on Sept. 28th. He was in flight and obviously not visiting the USA; the charge is on my October bill, which has been released/paid. Please connect me with a rep to have this $14 charge reversed, thanks.

I can't find my phone number

I have an iPhone 12 and recently bought an Koodo SIM card for a monthly plan but when I go to My Number no phone number shows up and I don’t know what to do. When i push “My Number” it wants me to put a number in but I don’t have a phone number. How do I find my phone number. I thought the SIM card was going to give me one but I can’t find it.

Sim card and phone number don't match

I pulled in a different phone number from a different account at public mobile a few weeks ago and my previous phone number is still on the sim card. I’m using a Fold 6 and my call quality is garbage, the wifi calling only works intermittently, text messages are going to group chats with both phone numbers instead of just the new number. I’m even getting 5G for some reason. Can’t complain about that last one, but it’s a 4G plan.I’ve called support 4 times. I sit through the torturous calls only for them to “connect me to someone else” and the call gets dropped. Every. Time. And SOMEHOW, nobody calls me back. It’s infuriating. I’m ready to just cancel my account, as this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.

charged roaming charges in Canada

Hello,I was charged $14 for roaming charges for my October usage, but I never left Canada. I was walking along the Niagara Parkway between Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls, Ontario. Could I please request someone at Koodo look into this matter? I would love to have that charge removed.Thank you!

I cancelled my plan over a month ago and paid off my tab… why am I still being charged? Please cancel all services and stop all charges. I want a refund for my last month as my SIM card wasn't even in use...

Emergency Calls only after update.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?  I have a Samsung A53 and performed a software update last week, since then my phone says Emergency Calls only. I switched out my wife’s Sim card for mine and vice versa, my phone worked fine with her’s and but her phone had the same problem with my Sim card.  Do I need another Sim card or is there another fix?  Thanks in advance.

Can you stack 30 Day Europe Easy Travel Pass

I will be in Europe for 2 months (60 days).  I am wondering if I can purchase a second 30 day Easy Roam Pass during the same trip.  I have used the first 30 days but my account states that it won’t expire until Nov. 23.  The 23rd being 45 days after I purchased/texted EU30PASS to 7626.  I entered Europe on Oct. 11 so the 30 have been used as of Nov. 9th.

Hello, I received an email notification saying i got charged for roaming service, but I NEVER used this. In fact this is not my first time and the customer service rep previously helped me get rid of this from my plan and turned off from my device.

Too High bill need discount

I had issues with my internet connection, which was making me buy data everyday. Not until a customer service officer called to rectify it for me.  This should not be my issues. Please I need you to drastically cut down the bill issued to me this month.

Was given and exclusive offer on the site for one price. Then once i changed it over it was a different price. Why? what kind of false advertising is going on here?

My bill inexplicably went up from $45 to $49. No explanation why. Nothing in my email stating it would go up.  So,  I decided to check if there were any new plan offers. There was one that said, “Exclusive for you” that was $45+tax, increase in data from $60 to $75 , but my previous 5G speed was lowered to 4G. Fine. I confirm this deal and the moment it confirms, i go check to see the details of my new plan. it now says $50+tax. NOT the $45 it said a minute earlier. Is this the auto pay $5 off bonus that isn’t being applied to the total? if so why did it say $45 in bold and now it says $50 after the fact. I’m confused and need clarification.

Callback call dropped. Rep hasnt tried to callback

I am so beyond frustrated with this company. Since I have to talk to a live agent to make payment arrangements I set a callback up for 8pm. The callback came, I answered, they immediately put me on hold and the call dropped. Koodo assist claims I didn't have a number in for callback but they wouldn't have been able to call had I not. They also claim the agents will make 3 attempts, I'm still waiting for that "supposed" second attempt. Now I have to wait another whole day for a callback that may or may not drop again. Koodo assist is absolutely useless. I just want to speak to a real person..like is that asking too much???

complaint: the worst ISP @koodo

I am new user to the ISP I moved to a different location than where i used to live before. I told them i moved , to get my internet working . They said it will take 7 days and i said please activate it . I also mentioned if i find another ISP who can do it quicker i might switch. And after 7 days i called them why my internet is not up. They said its suspended or on hold  just because i said i might change my ISP like  WTF .the most unprofessional service. Then another agent rold me it will be activated within 48 hours . After 48 hours i called again and it wasn’t activated. Am going to file against them to CCTS. I might take some legal action if possible because I wasn’t given the service as promised.

RCS messaging not working again

RCS messaging missing again after Iphone 18.2 IOS update. Current Koodo carrier 60.5.3 has been updated since IOS 18.1 and stopped working again this morning - need a new carrier update again.

Unable to cancel stream+ subscription

I tried to cancel my stream+ basic subscription. I clicked on Manage Now under Your Koodo Subscriptions. I saw my Stream+ Basic subscription. I then clicked on the link Manage for Stream+Basic. It shows a page with error message. I wonder if I missed anything during my cancellation process. Please help.

US Roaming get charged even if we don't use

HiMy family was travelling on US and we were billed for roaming service even though we never used any service and turned off data roaming. We also purchased e-sim from amazon and used it while we were at US. When I looked at roaming usage, all of us get charged for one minute of usage on each day.Will you please help with this? I don’t know how we got charged and we didn’t want to use any roaming service and every day it is charged for one minute of usage.

pay per use international long distance add-on missing in self serve

Hello,I have the unlimited long distance pack enabled but cannot make long distance calls. It appears that the pay per use international long distance is also required. However there is no option in self serve to enable it. Am I missing something or can it be enabled a different way?Thank you,

Incoming calls not working in esim

I bought a esim Prepaid plan yesterday from Koodo. I have not been able to get incoming calls. Everything else works, like I can text using the esim, I receive text, I can make outbound calls. But incoming calls not working. It goes straight to voicemail

False roaming charge

Hey @koodo I need the false roaming charge taken off my bill, I never left Canada but was near the US border. I have tried scheduling a callback through the incompetent koodo assist with no success of getting an actual call back. It should not be this hard to get a false charge removed. I am not paying my bill or any late payment charges until it is removed.
