Question

switching back to Kudo from another carrier

I just recently switched carriers (Koodo to freedom) and now want to come back to Koodo. It looks like my account is not yet deactivated — still shows active online. How can I do this? Will I have to go into a Telus/Koodo store?

Did this help you find an answer to your question?

You will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to help you out with the process. https://Koo.do/Chat

How did you switch to Freedom?  Did you port your number over?

I tried getting through to Koodo assist and every time they say they’re sending me a link or a text it doesn’t come through

Did you type in “schedule a callback” on Koodo Assist? https://Koo.do/Chat

Ahhh.. we/I didn’t do that. I’m thinking it may just be better to go in to a Koodo/ TELUS store because likely have to “re”-activate (as freedom already ported it over) even though my/the account looks it’s still be “active” (I’m actually messaging on here for a friend of mine as she’s not very tech savvy— so I am not the account holder, but I am inquiring on her behalf). I appreciate your help- thank you! At this point, I’m not even sure if she should stay with Koodo because it is more “self”-serve and like I said she’s not tech savvy— and is willing to pay the higher cost for the ease of customer service-ability with TELUS.

And I am actually considering switching from TELUS to Koodo— but I still have some research and comparisons to do depending on what TELUS may or may not offer me. I’m looking at getting an apple 16 Pro.
