Change a perk keeps failing


I keep trying to change my perk but it keeps telling me I can’t and there’s an error

We’ve attempted to remove the $0 Premium Voicemail and add the $0 Unlimited International SMS perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

The perk should be provisioned within 3 business days, and will come into effect next bill cycle, thank you so much for your patience!

Hi ​@Rapid_Turtle we can try to change the perk for you. What perk did you want to activate instead of the Premium Voicemail? Please note though as you are changing perks, the new perk will come into effect next bill cycle, not immediately.
