Adding a business line to my current phone

Hello, 

I see from my searches here that it is possible to have two phone lines on the same phone using the eSIM card. This might be something that would solve some problems for me. But I am wondering two things: 

  1. Is it possible to have the second line set up so that a business name would show up on people’s Caller ID? My calls to customers often get missed because they don’t recognize the number
  2. Is is possible to have the business line billed separately from my main account so I could get my employer to cover that cost?

  1. Koodo doesn’t allow that flexibility unfortunately. Only the name of the owner or the number can be showed up as Caller ID.
  2. Koodo plans are for consumers. They only allow one bill for one account  with one owner. If you are looking for a business solutions, I would recommend you get in tough with Telus. https://www.telus.com/en/bc/business/
