new phone plans (3 lines)


I created a new account and added 3 lines and they said over the phone they would mail me the three SIM cards in a week.

on my self serve account, I cannot see any lines and only see the stream+ service I got. Will it take a few days to see the phone lines?

Ah ok, so it's good you got the emails as that means the order was processed by the rep.

Once the sims have been shipped, you should be able to see the numbers in self serve which should be after a few more business days have passed. šŸ™‚šŸ‘

Hi there,

So the numbers commonly start to appear once the sim cards are activated. With new activations, in my experience usually this is when the sim cards are shipped as they will be activated with their assigned phone numbers and shipped out. Sometimes though the numbers may not show until the sims are inserted into a device, thus activating them.

How long has it been since the order was placed with the rep? Do you have a confirmation email with each phone numbers service agreement?

As Stream+ is a subscription service, this is active straight away where as there is a processing time for phones and bring your own device plans before they're shipped.

Yes it has only been one day since the order placed and I do have the email that contains:

Order Item Number
Subscriber Number
Description
