Billed twice


I was charged twice for my phone bill which shouldn’t be

We’ve reviewed your account, and there was no double charge. When you're on pre-authorized direct debit or credit card payment, only the correct bill amount is deducted from your account.

The only way to overpay would be through a manual online bank payment.

When you download your PDF bill from your koodo self serve, what does it show? When you check the bill and if it still doesn't make sense, please send a screenshot of it here. Make sure to blur our any personal information as this is a public platform.

Do you have automatic payments setup with koodo? As those look like manual bill payments that you had to do through the banking app that was accidently sent twice. If that's the case, you will have to reach out to the company whom you bank with.
