Hello, I was charged for 3 days of easy roam on my minutes. I was never in the US, we vacationed at a town near the boarder (Rossland) and received notifications that we were roaming despite not being in a different country. Please correct my bill. Thanks.

Hi
To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
