rollover perk


I can’t the rollover data perk added to my device since I upgraded a few months ago.

Hi there,

so was any perk added when you upgraded the device? or were you not able to add a perk when you upgraded?

When you check your self serve, do you see a perk there currently and you would like to switch to rollover data? Jw if you could elaborate a bit more on what you mean 🙂

On my old device I had rollover data added as a free perk. I was given the option to add it again when I upgraded my device, however when I select the option and select continue I’m told no perk is selected.

hmm ok. Can you try these few things:

  1. Clearing your cache and cookies and trying again
  2. Trying to make the perk change on another browser
  3. try making the change using an incognito mode tab and make sure all vpn’s are turned off.
