Question

Home internet Modoem return

My cancelation order for home internet is being processed by Koodo. But I’ve just received a modem from Purolator.

Am I supposed to return it through Canada post?

A rep told me this, but it does not make sense to me as it was delivered by Purolator.

Did this help you find an answer to your question?

They might have sent out the modem before you initiated cancellation. I would recommend you contact Koodo again and check if they can send you a waybill for return.

As well, was there any return label in your box sent by Purolator?

I’ve already contacted Koodo, they want me to return it. Of course, No problem. But he said a few days ago, return it through Canada post.

But it was delivered by Purolator. There is no return tag, but I am pretty sure Purolato would accept the return as they know where it came from.

Did you receive a tracking number?

Yes, there is a tracking number on the box.

i’ve asked exactly same thing to Koodos virtual assistant, he said return goes to Canada post with specific code. Will do it.

Does it show the status of the request when you put in the tracking number? https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en

This was the same process with Shaw before Rogers bought them.

They mail things out in which ever way, but the return process was to to give a code to Canada Post and it goes onto their business account specifically for returns.

If the Koodo Rep and Virtual assistant says to go through Canada post and to use the code, then I am confident with the process.
