why is my amount due and my total due different

So when I logged in the amt due on the top left was 32.77 but the bottom right shows a total due of 66.49. I was going to pay the total due but it only took the 32.77 as payment, so how do I pay the rest?

Hi @jweese17, your March bill recently came out and the total due can take a few days to update. You had a $32.77 balance from your previous bill, which was paid successfully today. The new charges on your March bill - $33.72, have not been updated yet, so the total due is currently $0.

The new charges should be reflected on your account soon and you will be able to make a payment in your self serve. If you’d like to pay earlier, you can pay the remaining amount - $33.72 via online banking with your account number and Koodo Mobile as payee. You can also wait for it to update as the due date for the new charges is April 5.

Because there was a balance from your previous bill.

You may have paid late.

Why dont you download your detailed pdf ebill.  The details should say what the charges are for.  Maybe download the last 2 detailed pdf ebills.  Then compare to when you paid.
